My name is Cheyenne Freely. I am currently a Senior here at Niagara University and I am a double major in Political Science and International Studies, with minors in Law & Jurisprudence and Criminal Justice. Within the Niagara University Student Government Association, I serve as the Student Body President. Additionally, I am a member of the Pre-Law Association and an aerobics instructor at the Kiernan Recreation Center. As the Student Body President, it is my job to act as the official representative of the Niagara University student body. As such, I advocate for the students by working closely with Administration and the rest of the NUSGA to enact change. My favorite thing about NUSGA is the difference that we can make. Given student feedback, we are able to work cohesively with the campus community to better the student experience and that is by far, the best part of NUSGA for myself. My favorite NUSGA memory would be speaking at the Opening Convocation in the Fall of 2018 semester. If you are thinking about joining NUSGA, I highly encourage you to reach out to one of us! If you are a driven individual who wants to get involved and make an impact, NUSGA may just be the perfect fit for you.
